The fourth villa, situated at the edge of the residence, has its own access and a private

 parking space.  With an area of 98 m2 and a covered deck of 25 m2 that opens to a beautiful 100 m2 garden, the largest in the residence.

The pool area is covered with a wooden deck and offers an unlimited view! On the sides of the natural garden there are beautiful screens with climbing plants that ensure privacy. The Pool area is equipped with umbrella and sun beds.

The ground floor entrance leads to an open plan lounge room with a fireplace and a dining area, a complete AV system (DVD/CD Player, tuner, cinema surround system) and free WiFi access. Comfy sofas, designer chairs, coffee tables, a large wall-mounted mirror and modern paintings by contemporary artists from all over the world.

The kitchen is spacious and contemporary, fully equipped with the necessary cookware, utensils and cutlery. The outside deck is equipped with a large table and armchairs.

The wooden staircase leads to the first floor which comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and a closet fully equipped with the necessary linen, towels and duvets. The room opens to a private balcony offering a superb view over the sea. The second bedroom features two single beds and a closet. The washing machine is on the same floor.
